Consistent quality, reliable

I've bought from Dramson a few times now. My latest purchase was a set of Rocks Glasses. They arrived in about 5 days, just like my previous orders. The quality is consistently good; these glasses feel nice and heavy, just like the ones I bought last year. I keep coming back because their stuff holds up well. One of the glasses had a tiny scuff on the bottom, but it's barely noticeable.

Good ice maker, slow support

I ordered the Crystal-Clear Sphere Ice Maker a few weeks ago. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, no issues there. It took 4 days to reach Austin, which was reasonable. The ice maker itself works as advertised; the spheres are really clear and melt slowly in my whiskey. I had a question about cleaning the mold and emailed support, but it took them almost 3 days to get back to me. The quality of the product is solid though, feels very durable. It's a bit larger than I expected for my freezer, but I made it fit.

Cube maker is great

Got the Crystal-Clear Cube Ice Maker. It works. Ice is clear. Shipping was okay. Wish it came with a small tray for the cubes.

Nice ice maker, good quality

I finally got around to ordering the Crystal-Clear Cube Ice Maker, and it's pretty cool. The ice really does come out super clear, which is a nice touch for cocktails. Shipping took about a week, which felt a little long, but it got here safe. Overall, happy with it.

Good stuff, just as expected

So, I finally caved and bought the Crystal-Clear Cube Ice Maker. I'd seen it around and thought 'why not?'. It got here in about 3 days, which was pretty quick for my area (Phoenix). Setup was straightforward, and the cubes really do look way better than regular ones. My drinks felt a bit fancier, haha. The instructions were a little basic, but I figured it out. Happy with it.

Great value on bar tools

This was my first time buying from Dramson. I was looking for a good deal on a bar tool set and saw they had a bundle offer. I got the Boston Shaker Set with some Bar Spoons and a Jigger. The total was under $100, so I got free shipping which was nice. Everything felt pretty sturdy for the price I paid. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order too, which made it even better. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth, though the jigger was a little smaller than I usually prefer.

Reliable quality, quick delivery

This was my third time ordering from Dramson. I got the Crystal-Clear Sphere Ice Maker this time, and it arrived super fast, just like my previous orders. The quality is consistently good, always produces perfect ice. My only minor quibble is the packaging for smaller items could be a bit less wasteful, but overall, another solid experience. That's why I keep coming back.

Nice products, slow shipping

I ordered the Boston Shaker Set and a set of Rocks Glasses. The quality of both items is really good, felt durable and looked sharp on my bar cart. The shaker works perfectly, no leaks, and the glasses have a good weight to them. However, it took almost a week for my order to ship, and then another 4 days to reach Austin. I'd have appreciated a faster dispatch, especially since it wasn't a holiday. The website was easy to navigate though, and the selection is great.
